Accessibility statement

MezuzahCheck wants every customer, including people with disabilities, to be able to order a mezuzah inspection and read their report. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every button and form field can be used with a keyboard, and the focused item is clearly marked.
- Images and buttons have text descriptions for screen readers.
- Text has enough color contrast, and you can zoom the page.
- The site and the reports are available in English, French, Spanish and Hebrew, and Hebrew is shown right to left.
- We check the site with automated accessibility tools when we change it.
- Buying a gift check or gift card, and paying for services from your report, work the same way: by keyboard and screen reader, with every price and service written as text.
Known limitations
- Photographing a mezuzah with the in-site camera needs sight. You can upload photos from your gallery instead, or contact us and we will help you send them another way.
- Photos of the parchment are not described in words. Your report gives the result for every mezuzah in text.
- The card payment page is run by Stripe, our payment provider, and follows its own accessibility standards. If it is hard for you to use, contact us and we will help you pay another way.

MezuzahCheck souhaite que chaque client, y compris les personnes en situation de handicap, puisse commander une vérification de mezouza et lire son rapport. Nous visons la conformité aux règles WCAG 2.1, niveau AA.
Ce que nous avons fait
- Tous les boutons et champs peuvent être utilisés au clavier, et l’élément actif est bien visible.
- Les images et les boutons ont une description textuelle pour les lecteurs d’écran.
- Le texte a un contraste suffisant, et vous pouvez agrandir la page.
- Le site et les rapports existent en anglais, français, espagnol et hébreu, et l’hébreu s’affiche de droite à gauche.
- Nous vérifions le site avec des outils d’accessibilité automatiques à chaque modification.
- L’achat d’une vérification en cadeau ou d’une carte cadeau, et le paiement des services depuis votre rapport, fonctionnent de la même façon : au clavier et avec un lecteur d’écran, avec chaque prix et chaque service écrits en texte.
Limites connues
- Photographier une mezouza avec l’appareil photo du site demande la vue. Vous pouvez envoyer des photos depuis votre galerie, ou nous contacter et nous vous aiderons à les envoyer autrement.
- Les photos du parchemin ne sont pas décrites en mots. Votre rapport donne le résultat de chaque mezouza par écrit.
- La page de paiement par carte est gérée par Stripe, notre prestataire de paiement, et suit ses propres règles d’accessibilité. Si elle est difficile à utiliser, contactez-nous et nous vous aiderons à payer autrement.

MezuzahCheck quiere que todos los clientes, también las personas con discapacidad, puedan pedir una revisión de mezuzá y leer su informe. Trabajamos para cumplir las pautas WCAG 2.1 en el nivel AA.
Lo que hemos hecho
- Todos los botones y campos se pueden usar con el teclado, y el elemento activo se ve claramente.
- Las imágenes y los botones tienen una descripción en texto para lectores de pantalla.
- El texto tiene suficiente contraste, y puede ampliar la página.
- El sitio y los informes están en inglés, francés, español y hebreo, y el hebreo se muestra de derecha a izquierda.
- Revisamos el sitio con herramientas automáticas de accesibilidad cada vez que lo cambiamos.
- Comprar una revisión de regalo o una tarjeta de regalo, y pagar servicios desde su informe, funcionan igual: con el teclado y con lector de pantalla, con cada precio y cada servicio escritos en texto.
Limitaciones conocidas
- Fotografiar una mezuzá con la cámara del sitio requiere ver. Puede subir fotos desde su galería, o escribirnos y le ayudaremos a enviarlas de otra forma.
- Las fotos del pergamino no se describen con palabras. Su informe da el resultado de cada mezuzá por escrito.
- La página de pago con tarjeta la gestiona Stripe, nuestro proveedor de pagos, y sigue sus propias normas de accesibilidad. Si le resulta difícil de usar, escríbanos y le ayudaremos a pagar de otra forma.

- קניית בדיקה במתנה או כרטיס מתנה, ותשלום על שירותים מתוך הדוח, עובדים באותה צורה: עם המקלדת ועם קורא מסך, וכל מחיר ושירות כתובים בטקסט.
מגבלות ידועות
- צילום מזוזה במצלמה של האתר דורש ראייה. אפשר להעלות תמונות מהגלריה, או לפנות אלינו ונעזור לשלוח אותן בדרך אחרת.
- תמונות הקלף לא מתוארות במילים. הדוח נותן בטקסט את התוצאה של כל מזוזה.
- דף התשלום בכרטיס מופעל על ידי Stripe, ספק התשלומים שלנו, ופועל לפי כללי הנגישות שלו. אם קשה לכם להשתמש בו, פנו אלינו ונעזור לכם לשלם בדרך אחרת.
